Each of our therapists brings unique expertise and compassion to their work, offering specialized treatment for a wide range of concerns, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), chronic and complex trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, substance use disorders, and severe mental illness.

Many of our therapists are trained in evidence-based trauma therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). We treat various types of trauma, including work-related incidents, natural disasters, experiences related to immigration and refugee status, childhood trauma, and betrayal trauma.

Kentucky Trauma Therapists accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), private insurance, sliding scale fees, and (when resources are available) pro bono services. Please note that not every clinician accepts every insurance plan, so we encourage you to contact our office to confirm coverage and match with the therapist best suited to your needs.
